Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Directly supervise and train store staff to ensure they are meeting company standards.
  • Monitor and maintain store appearance, including cleanliness and organization.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new staff members.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
  • Conduct inventory audits and ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Implement company promotional initiatives and maintain a quality buying experience for customers.
  • Monitor shift cash handling and inventory, and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and make decisions independently.
  • Flexibility to work weekend, holiday, and evening shifts, and assist other locations as needed.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
