Subway Manager

Global Partners LP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Subway Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our food service and beverage operations.

• Manage the efficient execution of all fresh food and food service programs in compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
• Lead and manage a team of food service associates to ensure excellent guest service and high-quality food products.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, security, quality, and store operations policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and drive store performance.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a fresh foods environment, preferably in a management role.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
