Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Mobility Specialist to join our team in North America. The successful candidate will deliver operational excellence to the HR People Services team, creating, maintaining, and communicating HR Mobility policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Mobility activities, including immigration and relocation, by managing relevant vendors and representing the company and employees.
  • Provide advice and customer service to the business and HR teams on assignment lifecycle and Mobility.
  • Review, manage, and communicate internal project transfers, site assignments, and short-term assignments in coordination with vendors and clients.
  • Conduct initial assessments for each assignment request, project manage all assignment cases, and ensure compliance with company policy and regulations.
  • Communicate regularly with internal customers, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Collaborate with vendors, leadership, and HR teams to support and execute HR and mobility initiatives and policies.
  • Manage vendor activities related to mobility, relocation, and immigration, and lead communication among vendors and employees.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, identifying areas for process improvement.
  • Work with global mobility and HR teams to harmonize country policies, mobility, relocation, and immigration procedures.
  • Perform risk assessments of potential compliance gaps and develop priorities and roadmaps for future initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to develop and maintain policies for HR Mobility, immigration, and relocation processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 4 years' experience managing International Assignments, Relocation, or similar roles
  • Demonstrated experience/knowledge in immigration, assignment package elements, assignee transfer process, cost projections, and policy development
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure quality and timely completion
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in speaking and writing in English
  • Effective decision-making, conflict management, and problem resolution
  • Outstanding deductive reasoning with ability to make decisions within compliance
  • Proficient in enterprise applications (e.g., Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Position may require flexibility/ability to work across global time zones as needed
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to resolve issues in a timely manner
