Position Overview:

As a Ski Technician, you will be the primary representative of Ski Butlers, engaging with customers to enhance their skiing experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Compensation:
Starting at $18/hour, with the potential for substantial tips

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Equipment Delivery: Execute timely and responsive ski and snowboard rental fittings, adhering to our three Key Customer Requirements:
    • KCR #1: Timeliness - Arriving within 5 minutes of the scheduled time
    • KCR #2: Communication - Clearly outlining the entire service process
    • KCR #3: Equipment Selection - Providing the appropriate gear based on guests' skills and current conditions
  2. Customer Support: Offer equipment assistance to guests within a 45-minute timeframe.
  3. Equipment Pickup: Ensure all scheduled returns are brought back, cleaned, restickered, and prepared for future use.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and fuel levels of delivery vehicles.
  5. Prepare orders for upcoming deliveries.
  6. Support future shifts and team members for optimal performance.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Perform basic ski and snowboard maintenance, including tuning and waxing.
  • Handle customer inquiries with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Restock delivery vehicles with necessary equipment.

Requirements:
Weekend and holiday availability is expected. Daily operations will be divided into morning and evening shifts. No prior experience is necessary.
