Role Overview:
As a Respiratory Therapist, you will execute respiratory procedures under the guidance of physicians across various patient settings. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting patient assessments and developing care plans
  • Implementing and evaluating therapy plans as necessary
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care

Utilizing your understanding of diverse patient backgrounds to deliver effective care while supporting the organization's vision and mission.

Your Contributions:
As part of our team, you will:
  • Administer respiratory care procedures in various settings, including general, acute, and emergency care
  • Perform therapeutic interventions such as patient monitoring and medication delivery
  • Conduct diagnostic tests including ABGs, PFTs, EKGs, and more
  • Assist in emergency situations by providing airway management and cardiac support

Qualifications Required:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Education Program
  • Current CRT credential from the N.B.R.C.
  • State Respiratory Therapist Licensure
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) within six months of hire
