Autism Developmental Specialist

We follow evidence-based, play-centered methods based on the Early Start Denver Model.
As an Autism Developmental Specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the developmental growth of young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role works in collaboration with a team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists. It is an entry-level role and does not require prior certification; we provide complete training for this position.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working with children aged 2-6, ideally in a professional capacity
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer and tablet literacy
- Reliable transportation to both training location and local center
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
