As a Child Autism Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and development of young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Working collaboratively with a team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists, you'll play a vital role in shaping the lives of these children.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one developmental and behavioral support to children aged 2-6 in a clinic environment, guided by evidence-based, naturalistic therapeutic methods
  • Implement intervention plans crafted by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech, and occupational therapy
  • Collaborate with the child's healthcare professionals to provide consistent, high-quality care

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with children aged 2-6, ideally in a professional capacity
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Computer and tablet literacy
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential, as well as an ability to meet specific physical demands of the job
