Position Overview
AREA
In light of our ongoing growth, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated pest control technicians to enhance our operations.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct routine inspections, respond to emergency call-outs, and perform service work at various commercial and retail establishments. Strong problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
As part of a cohesive team, flexibility is required to cover additional areas during staff absences.
Effective time management and workload planning are crucial. A flexible approach to work hours is necessary.
Occasional weekend and after-hours work may be required to perform inspections during operational downtimes, compensated as overtime or time off in lieu.
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience in the food sector is advantageous. Ongoing training and professional development opportunities will be provided.
Relevant RSPH/BPCA certifications are preferred. Any training in food safety or health and safety is beneficial.
Strong report writing and communication skills are mandatory.
A full, clean driving license is required.
All necessary equipment for the role will be supplied, including a vehicle and mobile device.
A probationary period of three months will apply. Upon successful completion, you may be eligible for additional productivity-based incentive programs.
