Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair all aspects of the facility, including grounds, buildings, and equipment.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of facility systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
  • Respond to work order requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Utilize computer maintenance systems to track and manage maintenance activities.
  • Prepare and refurbish rooms for resident move-ins, including painting, flooring, and ceiling fan installation.
  • Inspect resident rooms for potential problems and hazards.
  • Provide housekeeping and dietary assistance as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Assisted living maintenance experience required.
  • Computer experience required.
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain a fingerprint clearance card.
  • Ability to pass a drug test.
  • TB Free.
  • CPR/1st aid training required.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and stand for long periods of time.
