Your Role

As an Account Coordinator, you'll be responsible for working closely with our sales team to provide exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with orders, scheduling shipments, providing quotes, processing and following up on invoices. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your problem-solving skills and work collaboratively with our team to resolve any issues that may arise.

Your Qualifications

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong customer service background. Your ideal qualifications include:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP packages like Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, and PeopleSoft
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) with two or more years of experience or the equivalent combination
