About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales results through cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by making a connection, paying attention to detail, and offering a personalized and unique shopping experience.
  • Participate in creating a positive store environment and foster strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
  • Maintain the appearance of the store and take initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
  • Contribute to an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and change with a high level of accuracy.
  • Self-accountability for sales results through the use of selling skills and a drive to meet goals.
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Self-motivation with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
