Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our team at Nike Factory Store North Bend. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel welcome and supported in our stores.
- Be knowledgeable about Nike products and services, and use this expertise to make recommendations and drive sales.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of store appearance.
- Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
- A competitive hourly rate.
- Discounts on Nike, Converse, and Jordan products for you and your family.

- Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
