About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our team at Nike Factory Store North Bend. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel welcome and supported in our stores.
  • Be knowledgeable about Nike products and services, and use this expertise to make recommendations and drive sales.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of store appearance.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
  • Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
