Job Title: Regional Maintenance Director

Coast Property Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Maintenance Director to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our properties, ensuring that they are safe, secure, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, including scheduling and coordinating work with vendors and contractors.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and budgets to ensure that properties are well-maintained and that costs are controlled.
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff, including hiring, evaluating, and disciplining as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including property management and leasing, to ensure that maintenance needs are met and that properties are well-maintained.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a property management company.
  • Proven track record of success in managing maintenance teams and budgets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, with the ability to apply them in a practical and effective way.
