The Accounts Payable Capital Payment Coordinator plays a critical role in the financial operations of DIVERSE LYNX LLC, overseeing the coordination of AP activity for capital project and fixed asset related payments. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions, maintaining strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Codes invoices related to capital projects and fixed assets, verifying sales tax rates and completing data entry/PO matching within the McKesson A/P system.
  • Coordinates the resolution of vendor and facility inquiries, providing timely and effective communication and support.
  • Manages vendor statement reconciliations and discrepancy processing, ensuring seamless payment processing and minimizing financial risks.
  • Leads projects as assigned, including accrual projects, escheat verification projects, and W-9 verification projects, demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of related experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Mckesson experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to multitask, problem-solve, keep information organized, and work independently and collaboratively.
