Sales Executive Leader

Job Summary: Actus Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled sales executive to drive revenue growth in the retail, beauty, and food verticals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, securing meetings, and presenting compelling proposals to potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize internal and external market research to identify new sales leads and prospects.
- Sales Meetings: Schedule and attend in-person meetings with potential clients, both locally and remotely.
- Proposal Development: Create and present customized proposals to secure new business opportunities.
- Order Management: Oversee orders throughout the sales cycle, coordinating with U.S. and overseas manufacturing facilities as needed.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed annual sales revenue and gross profit targets.
- Account Management: Maintain final responsibility for accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and resolution of any issues.
- Travel Requirements: Participate in 4-6 out-of-town trips annually, attending business meetings and relevant trade shows.
- Trade Show Attendance: Represent Actus Consulting Group at out-of-state business meetings and industry trade shows.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of product manufacturing processes and capabilities.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized contact records and provide regular sales reports during bi-weekly sales calls.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of profitable sales performance.
- Skill Set: Excellent customer service, sales goals, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
- Familiarity with Office Software: Proficiency with office software and phone systems is required.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401k, Commission, Quarterly Bonus, and Annual Bonus.
