KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Formulating and executing IT policies and systems that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
Leading IT strategic and operational planning to fulfill business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives, and coordinating the assessment, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems.
Collaborating with executive leadership to ensure that the organization's information technology aligns with strategic objectives.Overseeing the management of IT department personnel, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
Establishing IT departmental goals, objectives, and operational procedures.
Identifying opportunities for effective and economical investment of financial resources in IT systems, including staffing, sourcing, purchasing, and in-house development.
Evaluating and communicating risks associated with IT investments.Developing and maintaining a comprehensive plan for organization-wide IT security to safeguard IT assets and ensure data integrity.

Demonstrated leadership and managerial capabilities.
Profound understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases, and storage solutions.
Strong strategic and business acumen.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead and manage extensive IT projects from inception to completion.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 10 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple cross-functional teams or projects and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Master's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
Experience in the relevant industry.
Proven success in developing IT strategies that align with business objectives.
Prior experience in budget management and fiscal reporting.
CERTIFICATIONS:
Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or similar are highly desirable.
