Customer Retention Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Retention Lead to join our VisualDx team, dedicated to delivering top-notch customer service and driving retention initiatives. This critical role demands a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive customer retention strategies to minimize churn and maximize long-term value.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues, escalating concerns when necessary.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to inform product development and improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or sales role, preferably in the healthcare technology sector.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A proactive, results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Salary Range:$65,000 - $75,000 per annum, plus up to $20,000 in performance-based incentives.
