About the Role

SBM Management Services is seeking a highly skilled Custodial Lead to oversee the daily operations of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Oversight: Supervise activities within the assigned program, including company employees and temporary staff.
  • Training and Development: Assist with training employees on tasks, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Work Activity Coordination: Monitor and coordinate work activities to ensure efficient operations.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit written reports, such as pass-downs, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Quality and Safety Inspections: Conduct regular quality and safety inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Inventory Management: Track and maintain equipment, supplies, and inventory levels.
  • Equipment and Supply Issuance: Issue equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Employee Monitoring: Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment.
  • Reporting and Corrective Action: Report employee personnel and customer issues to supervisors and take corrective action as needed.
  • Accident Reporting: Report accidents and incidents to supervisors immediately.
  • Recommendations for Improvement: Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, including training, inspections, and data collection.
Requirements
  • Experience: One to three months' related experience and/or training; High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Language Skills: Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
  • Driver's License: Need a valid driver's license and personal vehicle registered in applicant name.
  • Computer Skills: Must be able to use a computer and utilize basic functions.
  • Leadership Skills: Good written and verbal skills, excellent customer service, time management skills, and training abilities.
  • Equipment Operation: Use of forklifts and pallet jacks a plus.
  • Leadership Experience: MUST have prior lead/management experience.
Compensation and Benefits

$16.00-$17.00 per hour

Work Schedule

Monday-Thursday: 6:00am - 4:00pm

Wednesday-Saturday: 6:00am - 4:00pm
