SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Yard Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will be responsible for directing the activities of our Yard Associates and playing a hands-on role in all yard activities.

• Direct, coach, and mentor a team of Yard Associates to achieve high performance and facilitate their long-term career development at SiteOne.
• Ensure yard safety excellence by creating an incident-free environment through leading by example and promoting a strong safety culture.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to positively impact business performance.
• Train and coach all branch associates in customer value best practices and facilitate a culture where every team member is obsessed with customer success.
• Safely operate equipment and establish repair/service priorities for all equipment.

• 1+ year(s) of experience leading teams.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Must be safety-minded and aware of applicable safety requirements relative to equipment used.
• Must be customer-focused and an enthusiastic, dependable team player.
• Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Experience in landscape, nursery, hardscape, irrigation, or forestry industry a plus.
• Experience operating equipment such as a forklift, skid steer, or front-end loader also a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
