Key Responsibilities- Engage with patients, healthcare providers, and colleagues in a professional and respectful manner to ensure patient safety.
- Deliver high-quality and accurate diagnostic CT imaging.
- Assist in the upkeep of imaging equipment to guarantee patient safety and optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with Radiologists to review cases and ensure the accuracy of clinical data.
- Perform intravenous access procedures as required.
- Implement cleaning protocols for rooms and equipment between patient visits.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
Education: Graduate of an AMA accredited Radiology program.
Experience: Must meet the basic criteria for ACR accreditation.
Skills and Abilities- Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and pathology relevant to CT imaging.
- Ability to pass necessary background checks associated with job functions.
- Effective communication skills in English for both written and verbal interactions.
- Proficient in providing patient care in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Strong computer proficiency, including basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Capability to respond effectively to unpredictable situations and diverse patient demographics.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills for independent decision-making.
- Ability to perform job functions across all Ridgeview Imaging locations.
- Registered by the ARRT.
- CPR Certification.
- Continuous writing and initiation of work.
- Occasional memory and reasoning tasks.
- Frequent problem-solving and attentiveness.
- Continuous social interactions and detail-oriented tasks.
