Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process ADP WFN payroll for employees in a timely manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure all information is accurate.
  • Calculate and manage deductions, including taxes, benefits, and garnishments.
  • Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposit statements.
  • Reconcile any payroll discrepancies and address issues or errors promptly.
  • Generate payroll reports for management and accounting purposes.
  • Assist with year-end payroll processes, including W-2 preparation.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to ensure the accuracy of employee data.

Qualifications

  • Stable employment history is essential. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU'VE HAD MORE THAN 3 EMPLOYERS IN THE PAST 7 YEARS.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Payroll Coordinator with proven expertise in ADP WFN.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficient in ADP WFN payroll software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to perform additional duties as required.
  • Background and employer verification will be conducted.

Compensation

Salary up to $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
