Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales and Service Representative to join our team at Kennebunk Savings. As a key member of our branch staff, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, process transactions accurately and efficiently, and promote our products and services to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service and support to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
  • Meet sales and referral goals by promoting our products and services to customers and providing qualified referrals to other business lines.
  • Support and assist other branch staff as needed, providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure seamless operations.
  • Promote the Kennebunk Savings brand by recommending our products and services, supporting our community focus, and demonstrating a commitment to being a premier employer.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of related experience in financial services, preferably in a professional, service-focused, and fast-paced environment.
  • High school or General Education Diploma required.
  • Registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and able to adapt to change.
Working Conditions

The physical surroundings are generally pleasant and comfortable with minimal exposure to injury or other hazards. Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer and other office equipment is required. Lifting and moving of moderately heavy objects on occasion may be necessary.
