Sterile Processing Department Manager

Our Sterile Processing department is a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality surgical trays. We strive for excellence in patient safety and quality, working collaboratively with our Regional Clinical leadership to provide outstanding, timely sterile processing services.
Scope of WorkWe drive standardized processes and safety programs that aim for zero defects and top decile measures for patient safety and quality. Our team manages, plans, and tracks capital expenditures for Corewell Health Grand Rapids Surgical Services, leading equipment/instrument resource sharing initiatives across the Corewell Health enterprise.
QualificationsWe are seeking a highly experienced professional with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, and at least 7 years of relevant management experience in clinical or logistical support departments. A Master's Degree is preferred, as well as 2 years of relevant experience with Surgical Services clinical or business roles and Sterile Processing or Central Services leadership.
