Raising Cane\u2019s is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant leadership, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in leading operational excellence and upholding Raising Cane\u2019s standards and culture in all areas of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities
  • Execute restaurant operations functions, including managing cash handling and ensuring accountability.
  • Act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant.
  • Enforce Raising Cane\u2019s policies and standards.
  • Execute shift management, meeting Raising Cane\u2019s operations and safety standards.
  • Deploy crewmembers during a shift.
  • Provide exemplary customer service.
  • Utilize the reward and recognition program for crewmembers.
  • Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and ensure the facility is in good working order.
Requirements
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
  • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
  • Able to recognize and analyze problems, set goals, create plans, and convert plans into action to solve problems.
  • Proficient in a variety of technology systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), and able to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, and travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
  • Must complete all required Raising Cane\u2019s company training programs.
  • 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
  • New restaurant opening experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
