We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at SERVPRO - JWilCo Enterprises, LLC. As a key member of our Construction Division, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of residential reconstruction and remodeling projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with estimators, construction managers, and customers to ensure accurate project scope and timelines
  • Establish and manage project schedules, including ordering materials and scheduling subcontractors
  • Obtain necessary building permits and ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations
  • Conduct daily site visits to ensure quality and timeline expectations are met
  • Communicate progress updates to customers, construction managers, subcontractors, and office teams
  • Assist with collecting draw payments and ensuring accurate job costing
  • Ensure successful project completion with final walk-throughs and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of construction project management experience
  • Ability to read and understand job scopes and blueprints
  • Strong understanding of building and construction standards and requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn and use technology
  • US work authorization and high school diploma or equivalent
