We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Engineer to join our team at ApTask. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support for Eagle Investment Systems and associated network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and troubleshoot network systems, including switches, routers, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
  • Implement and manage network security measures to safeguard the organization's data and systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address server and storage management requirements.
  • Develop and maintain scripts for automation of network tasks and processes.
  • Assist in planning and implementing cloud virtualization solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certification in networking (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) is preferred.

  • Extensive knowledge of networking fundamentals, network security, and troubleshooting practices.
