G1 Facility Services is a leading provider of facility maintenance and construction services, serving customers nationally across various industries, including Aviation, Food Services, and Hospitality. We are seeking a skilled Facility Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the operations of the business during assigned shifts, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and employees follow company policies.
  • Supervise staff, assigning tasks, reviewing performance, and providing feedback.
  • Coordinate with contractors, ensuring quality work, and tracking schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Manage schedules, ensuring employees are scheduled correctly and shift schedules are followed.
  • Train employees on safety standards, procedures, and work tasks, and organize maintenance trainings.
  • Resolve conflicts, implementing strategies to help employees work through issues together.
  • Maintain stock, tools, and equipment, monitoring stock levels to avoid work order delays.
  • Maintain a safe work environment, ensuring all safety and security protocols are followed.
  • Respond to maintenance requests, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining high service quality.
  • Document operations, recording operational issues and successes, and ensuring work orders are completed in the CMMS platform daily.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in business management or similar field preferred but not required.
  • At least three years of facility management experience or similar role.
  • Knowledge of industry trades, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
  • Ability to lead others and possess strong communication skills.
  • Ability to positively collaborate with clients, upper-management, and staff members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work on call and travel as necessary to meet operational demands.
  • Active U.S. Driver's License with at least three years of qualifying experience.
  • Willingness to work in a drug-free work environment.
Compensation

Dependent on experience, with benefits including medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and 401k.
