Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a CSR, you will work with current and potential customers to provide a best-in-class customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and recording customer data within our customer relations management system.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, policies, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Convert customer inquiries into sales appointments by effectively communicating the value of our exterior remodeling solutions.
- Schedule sales appointments, product installations, and service appointments with customers and our team.
- Resolve customer issues by determining the cause of the problem, facilitating a resolution, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Accurately create and update customer accounts and input records of customer interactions into our CRM system.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
- Process and manage project documents, including printing, scanning, and uploading as necessary.

To succeed in this role, you must be energetic, positive, and customer-focused, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
