Position Overview: We are looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will collaborate with Marketing teams, Project Management, and external marketing vendors to enhance the overall effectiveness and success of our Marketing initiatives. You will assist with the daily execution and support of various projects within the Marketing department, including the distribution of advertising and branch marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor advertising performance and manage invoicing processes.
  • Assist in auditing paid media and specific internal/external communications.
  • Act as a liaison between departments and internal stakeholders.
  • Post approved materials to the intranet and manage in-branch digital marketing displays.
  • Handle general administrative tasks as required.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing operations.
  • Strong understanding of marketing workflows and processes.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, project management, and community relations.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and resolving issues.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with strong project management and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and communicate proactively.
