Short-Term SLP Position Available

Position Overview: Soliant is currently seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist for a temporary role within an educational setting. This position involves working with students in various grade levels and providing essential speech and language services.
Assignment Details:
- Working with preschool to 3rd-grade students for a brief period.
- Engaging with preschool to 6th-grade students for an extended duration.
- Providing services to 4th to 6th-grade students for a subsequent period.
The total duration of this assignment is 14 weeks, with the possibility of extension or renewal based on the needs of the school.
Qualifications: We welcome applications from both ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologists and Clinical Fellows. For those who do not currently hold a license in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from the state, guidance on the licensure process will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of students' speech and language skills.
- Diagnosing speech and language disorders in students.
- Collaborating with district SLPs to develop Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals.
- Delivering speech-language therapy and maintaining documentation of student progress.
- Participating in IEP meetings and effectively communicating goals to caregivers.
