Senior Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at our Prairieville location. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

• Perform take-offs, identify relevant drawings and details, and review specifications
• Identify door and hardware products that give us a competitive advantage while meeting project requirements
• Efficiently communicate and work with customers, vendors, and architects to provide the best solution for each project
• Accurately input door, frame, and hardware information into estimating software (Comsense)
• Provide clear and precise proposals to customers
• Follow-up on all bids to ensure customer satisfaction with scope and price

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Bluebeam
• Excellent mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both individually and as part of a team
• Self-motivated, strong work ethic, positive and helpful demeanor, and excellent customer service skills
• Must pass a drug and alcohol screen and complete random screens

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $65,000.00 per year

Schedule: 8 hour shift, day shift, Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay

Education: Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience: Construction estimating: 3 years (required)
