Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Quality Design & Remodel. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment and systems are functioning properly, including HVAC filter changes, cleaning, and minor repairs.
  • Assist with maintenance tasks related to home remodeling projects, working closely with our remodeling team to ensure seamless execution.
  • Preserve the beauty and safety of our properties through general cleanliness and grounds maintenance, including the cleaning of common hall bathrooms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our tenants and clients, responding promptly to service requests and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed repairs and equipment maintenance, adhering to applicable building, county, and safety codes/standards.
  • Perform additional maintenance tasks as needed, demonstrating a proactive approach to property upkeep.
Requirements
  • Proven work ethic, excellent communication skills, and strong time management abilities.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques, and procedures, with a focus on heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.
  • Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, with a track record of delivering high-quality results.
