Become a vital member of the Hannaford team, where we prioritize equal employment opportunities. As a Grocery Ordering Specialist, you will be instrumental in upholding the standards of department presentation, quality, safety, and food regulations. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Delivering outstanding customer service and providing solutions to fulfill customer needs.
- Conducting regular maintenance and exception assessments for the grocery section.
- Supporting processes related to new and phased-out products.
- Investigating and resolving back stock challenges.
- Ensuring product availability on shelves and contributing to sales growth.
- Communicating inventory issues to the Grocery Manager.
- Complying with company policies and operational standards.
- Executing additional related tasks as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of retail operations and merchandising principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
