Job Overview

T-Mobile is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Fortune 1000 companies, leveraging your expertise in sales and marketing to build strong relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and effective communication with customers.
  • Performance Metrics and Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition, and retention rates, to inform sales strategies and optimize business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 4-7 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a commissioned environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

  • Competitive Compensation: Base pay range: $77,100 - $139,080; total target cash pay range: $128,500 - $231,800, inclusive of target incentives.
