As a Lobby Maintenance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, entrances, and all public spaces. This role is crucial in maintaining a welcoming environment for guests and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness in designated areas, including restrooms, public spaces, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and offices as assigned. Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department using electronic communication.
  • Manage waste disposal by cleaning ashtrays and emptying trash receptacles both inside and outside.
  • Ensure the floors are kept clean through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing.
  • Regularly inspect outdoor public areas, collecting litter and reporting maintenance needs.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Handle lost and found items according to established procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the heart of the house as directed.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the fitness center, library, and other assigned areas.
  • Report any suspicious activities or hazardous conditions to the appropriate safety or security personnel.
  • Assist guests and employees with safety instructions during emergencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
