Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to ensure efficient operation and make any necessary repairs
  • Inspect the building for structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs
  • Take additional maintenance requests as assigned
  • Record equipment service and repair history
  • Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks
Requirements
  • Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques, and procedures
  • Over 2 years of maintenance experience
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic
