- Complete daily assignments in a timely manner and prioritize work orders against daily assignments.
- Maintain the appearance of the property by picking up trash and debris, responding to spills, cleaning exterior fixtures, and performing minor plaster repair.
- Apply wallpaper, paints, sealers, and solvents to exterior and interior building surfaces.
- Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years in Maintenance position, preferably within hotels.
- Preferred but not necessary: Two (2) years of college or trade school equivalent in a mechanical, electrical, and/or technical discipline.
- Work today, get paid today, with Daily Pay.
