Job Description

As a JV Girls Lacrosse Coach, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive lacrosse program, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture, and promoting the physical and emotional well-being of our student-athletes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent coaching skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for mentoring young athletes. Requirements / Qualifications
  • A valid California teaching credential or equivalent
  • Experience coaching lacrosse at the high school level
  • Strong knowledge of lacrosse rules, strategies, and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and community members
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package reflects our commitment to providing fair and equitable pay to our employees.
