About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. As a key member of our behavioral healthcare organization, you will provide top-notch mental health services to our patients in Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care Facilities.

The Position:

You will work collaboratively with Psychiatric APRNs, Psychologists, LMHCs, and LCSWs, as well as the primary care provider at the facility, to provide comprehensive care for our patients.

  • $70,000 Base Salary
  • $40,000 Production & Quality Bonus

Requirements:

  • Florida LCSW License
  • Positive Attitude
  • Willingness to Collaborate With Psychologist, Psychiatrists, And Nurse Practitioners

Responsibilities:

  • Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm But if you complete your work early you can go home and get paid a full day
  • Flexible Schedule
  • No Call
  • No Nights
  • No Weekends
