Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team at CCS. As a Behavioral Health Care Provider, you will play a critical role in providing mental health services to our clients.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for providing clinical social work services to individuals, families, and groups. This includes assessing, diagnosing, and treating psychological and neuropsychological disorders using evidence-based therapies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical social work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy sessions
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with medical personnel, legal authorities, and military commanders as needed
  • Maintain accurate and current notes in electronic medical records
  • Participate in military-specific training and activities
Requirements:
  • Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) or equivalent degree from a graduate school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
  • Current, unrestricted clinical license to independently practice social work in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Minimum of two (2) years' CURRENT experience (post issuance of clinical licensure) in the independent practice of clinical social work in a mental health setting
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior military and/or SOF experience
  • Experience working in a Government setting such as DOD or Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) MTF
  • Prior experience in Substance Abuse/Disorder Treatment
