About the Role

Asher Lasting Exteriors is seeking a skilled Installation Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for managing the installation of customer projects from start to finish, ensuring that every project meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage installation projects from technical measure to completion, ensuring timely and quality delivery
  • Lead and manage installation crews, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and quality control
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring that every project is completed on time and within budget
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in the home improvement industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
