Office Management Specialist

The Clinical Office Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading and Supervising: Manage non-medical staff, including interns, volunteers, and contractual employees, ensuring alignment with Adagio Health's standards and mission.
- Coaching and Training: Collaborate with clinical staff to train and evaluate office procedures, helping to develop team strengths and support quality patient experiences.
- Managing Clinic Operations: Oversee patient workflows, clinic budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning.
- Empowering Through Engagement: Participate in community outreach, promote clinic initiatives, and engage in marketing efforts to increase our reach and impact within the community.
- Supporting Confidentiality and Security: Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality, manage secure medical records, and contribute to a safe, respectful environment for patients and staff.
