Job Summary: As a Patient Care Technician at Davita, Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients undergoing dialysis treatment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment, providing direct care, and building long-term relationships with patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs and patient observations.
  • Provide direct one-on-one patient care to ensure a safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment environment.
  • Build long-term relationships with patients who receive treatment on average three times a week.
