Overview

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is a leading nonprofit dialysis provider seeking a skilled Dialysis Nurse Specialist to join our patient care team. Responsibilities

As a Dialysis Nurse Specialist, you will provide specialized nursing care at one of our in-center hemodialysis units. Your responsibilities will include preparing dialysis machines, performing hemodialysis treatments, and monitoring patients during dialysis. You will also be responsible for administering and charting prescribed medications, following CDC/CMS infection control regulations, and participating in patient care conferences and rounds.

Qualifications

We're looking for a motivated and compassionate individual with excellent communication skills and a demonstrated clinical excellence. You will need an accredited nursing degree and dialysis experience is not required, but job shadow opportunities are available. DCI provides comprehensive training, including classroom group sessions and one-on-one skills training.

Benefits

We offer a competitive pay range from $33.50-$38.85 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience. Our benefits package includes paid 12-week training with a preceptor, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, life and long-term care insurance, paid time off, and extended sick bank.
