Dialysis Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team at Dialysis Clinic Inc. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our mission to prioritize individualized care for patients facing chronic kidney disease.
Responsibilities- Prepare dialysis machines, alarms, and treatment supplies to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures.
- Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching.
- Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physicians and families.
- Administer and chart all prescribed medications.
- Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations.
- Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews.
- Document required patient education efforts.
- Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals.
- Assist in medication inventory maintenance.
- Lead a small patient care team.
- Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated clinical excellence.
- Desire to collaborate with care teams.
- Ability to problem solve.
