Transportation Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Manager to lead our Transportation department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient transportation of goods, managing a team of drivers and associates, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of drivers and associates to ensure safe and efficient transportation of goods
- Develop and implement safety procedures and training programs to maintain a safety-first culture
- Oversee driver qualification files and investigate accidents to identify causes and implement preventative measures
- Manage driver schedules and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with senior transportation managers to develop and implement department goals and objectives
- Minimum of three years of experience in transportation or logistics
- Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures
- Competitive salary range of $66,000 to $88,000
- Annual incentive plan

This role requires frequent travel, typically for mandatory meetings and training. The ideal candidate will be able to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 100 pounds.
