About the Role

The Party Coordinator will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences for groups and parties at Urban Air Adventure Parks. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions to meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Work closely with the Park Team to deliver an excellent guest experience for all groups
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by selling party packages and promoting additional services
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to drive financial results and achieve business objectives

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
