Job Overview

At Allied Health Agency, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to play a pivotal role in evaluating the company's financial performance, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Analysis:
    - Perform in-depth financial analysis to assess the company's financial health, profitability, and efficiency.
    - Analyze historical financial data and forecast future financial trends.
  2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
    - Assist in the preparation and management of the annual budget.
    - Develop financial models to support forecasting and long-term planning.
  3. Reporting and Presentation:
    - Prepare and present financial reports and findings to senior management and stakeholders.
    - Create clear and insightful visual representations of financial data to support decision-making.
  4. Variance Analysis:
    - Monitor financial performance against budget and forecasts, identifying variances and their underlying causes.
    - Make recommendations to address deviations from financial targets.
  5. Investment Analysis:
    - Evaluate potential investment opportunities and projects, including ROI analysis.
    - Provide recommendations on capital allocation and investment strategies.
  6. Cost Analysis:
    - Analyze cost structures and cost drivers to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving measures.
  7. Market Research:
    - Research and analyze market trends, competitor financials, and industry benchmarks.
    - Use market insights to assess the company's competitive position and identify growth opportunities.
  8. Financial Modeling:
    - Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario analysis.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
