As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our clients by ensuring a welcoming and safe environment that fosters long-term recovery. You will collaborate with the Executive Director to create and uphold a therapeutic atmosphere and routine for our clients.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience in lieu of formal education.
- Associate degree is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in an office environment; experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
- Strong computer proficiency is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comfortable with observing and managing urine samples, conducting onsite tests, and preparing samples for laboratory analysis.
- Greet visitors and clients in person or via telephone, addressing inquiries or directing them appropriately.
- Handle cash collection and ensure daily financial balancing.
- Perform all clerical duties, including typing, filing, managing correspondence, and organizing electronic files.
- Provide daily phone coverage and manage call inquiries.
- Ensure security by adhering to procedures, maintaining a logbook, and checking in visitors.
- Coordinate appointments for clients and staff members.
- Relay all pertinent information to supervisory personnel regarding clients and facility operations.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, including deposits.
- Maintain a safe and tidy reception area by following established procedures and regulations.
