Job Summary:

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the overall maintenance of all equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial, electrical, and electronic control systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical code specifications
  • Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, electrical systems, and electronic control devices
  • Conduct preventive maintenance programs and maintain accurate records
  • Install, maintain, and calibrate industrial instrumentation and related devices
  • Perform general mechanical maintenance and repairs as required
Requirements:
  • Two-year technical degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Fireman's License and valid driver's license
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
  • Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
  • Lockout / Tagout experience
Work Environment:

The Maintenance Mechanic will work in a plant environment, exposed to hot, noisy, and wet conditions. The role requires the ability to work in confined spaces, climb, and work at heights. The successful candidate will be required to work overtime as needed and have a safe driving record.
